Our experience of working with Lucy (physio) was really good. My daughter loved her and looked forward to each session. She was thorough and very skilled with talking to a 3/4 year old. She always gave great advice and was very patient with me when, after treatment finished, I struggled with making appointments. I cannot thank Lucy enough for her hard work.

The new "raffle ticket" system works so much better - in out of the cols and can see almost a countdown to your number . Receptionist was really welcoming and helpful and seen quite quickley off for an x ray and results quickly
